All Odisha Gopal Patnaik Memorial Inter DAV School English Debate Competition was organised at DAV Public School, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar today. Regional Director, DAV Institutions of Odisha Zone-I Dr. K. C. Satapathy inaugurated the competition and advised the students to be inquisitiveness and practise debating skill regularly for all round development. Total 46 students from 23 DAV Schools of Zone I & II talked on the topic "Possession of Nuclear Weapon is inevitable for World Peace". Sankalp Mohapatra, DAV MCL Kalinga, Angul, Md. Shadaab Hussain, DAV Unit-8 and Sonam Acharya, DAV IFFCO, Paradeep adjudged as First, Second & Third respectively. The performance of the students were judged by Prof. Brahmananda Satapathy, Dr. Prajna Parimita Panigrahi and Prof. Ashok Mohanty.  Niharika Gantayat, Head of the Department of English and Academic Supervisor of DAV Chandrasekharpur cordinated the programme.
