CBSE National Teaching Aids Competition

DAV CSPur's Teacher Mitali lone winner from Odisha

The CBSE has conducted nationwide teaching aids and teaching material preparation competition among the teachers where Mitali Madhusmita Satpathy, a Mathematics teacher at DAV Public School, Chandrasekharpur honoured as the only one from the state. Her model titled Eureka LCM & Well of LCM was examined and appreciated by the eminent Mathematicians of the land. It would be very much helpful for the primary students to understand the concept with clarity and lucidity, opined the experts. Before being honoured at the national level her model got selection at the regional and pre- national levels. Finally 2 in Maths, 1 each in Science, English and SSt total 5 teaching models were selected nationally. Union HRD Minister Ramesh Pokharial, CBSE Chair Person Anita Karwal, Sister Sibhani among others joined as dignitaries and felicitated Mitali & others in a special ceremony organised at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi recently. The School authorities and others congratulated Mitali for the phenomenal achievement.
