Enterprises are more rewarding than prizes
Winning prizes only shouldn't be the goal of present day students. Rather they should be enterprising enough to justify their potentials, said Dillip Routrai, Addl Secretary GA & PG Deptt, Govt of Odisha today at the annual talent hunt Talash season 5 organised by the Regional Office, DAV Institutions, Odisha Zone-I at DAV Public School, Chandrasekharpur premises today. The Regional Officer Dr K C Satapathy presented the welcome address while the Asst Regional Officer Dr Sujata presented the brief report of the zone. Among others, M M Panda, Sarat Chandra Mishra, Dr Bhagyabati Nayak, Dr DN Mishra, Ipsita Das were present as the guests. The exceptional achievers of the zone were honoured on the occasion. Total 22 DAV schools participated in the programme. In the Voice of Odisha song contest DAV Kalinganagar, DAV CDA and DAV Unit 8 bagged the 1st 2nd and 3rd positions respectively while in the Dance Odisha Dance competition DAV Kalinganagar emerged as the Champion and DAV Chandrasekharpur as the Runners Up.
