In DAV Cluster-I Meet organised by DAV Regional Directorate, Odisha Zone-I, conducted at various venues witnessed 4th day today. In Boys Cricket held at Sainik School, Bhubaneswar, DAV CDA emerged as the Champion beating DAV IFFCO Paradeep by 7 wickets. Devi Prasad Bhanja of DAV CDA declared as the Best Player of the Match for his alround performances. Shri Kanchan Mukherjee, Principal, Sainik School, Ms. Indira Bhattacharya, Coordinator of DAV CSPur, Supervisor Pramod Kumar Patra joined as Guests and handed over the Trophy to the Winning Team. In Boys Table-Tennis held at DAV Pokhariput, DAV CDA became the Champion and DAV Chandrasekharpur as the Runners-up. In Boys Swimming held at KIIT Campus LR DAV became the Champion and DAV CDA as the Runners-up. Similarly in Boys Volleyball held at DAV Unit-8 the host school emerged as Champion beating DAV Chandrasekharpur. In the same venue, in Boys Karate DAV Unit-8 as Champion and DAV Pokhariput as the Runners-up. In Girls Karate DAV CDA emerged as the Champion and DAV Pokhariput as the RUnners-up. The Best Teams will participate in DAV Zonal Meet to be conducted in November 2017 at Rourkela.
