The 3 day long DAV Zonal Sports Meet organised by DAV Public School Chandrasekharpur concluded yesterday. In Shooting DAV Chandrasekharpur emerged as the Champion and DAV Unit 8 Runners UP, in Skating DAV Pokhariput Champion and DAV Kalinganagar Runners up, in Boys Swimming LR DAV champion and DAV CDA Cuttack Runners up, in Girls Swimming DAV CDA champion and DAV Chandrasekharpur runners up , in Boys Badminton DAV MCL Kalinga Champion and DAV Bandhbahal runners up, in Girls Badminton DAV Burla champion and DAV Chandrasekharpur runners up. The best team will represent the state at the DAV National Meet scheduled next month. At the valedictory ceremony DAV Regional Officer Dr K  C Satapathy,  DAV Chandrasekharpur Coordinator Indira Bhattacharya, academic supervisor  Pramod Kumar Patra handed over prizes and certificates to the winners. The teachers of Physical Education Department of DAV Chandrasekharpur anchored the events.
