Annual Sports Meet of DAV Chandrasekharpur

The two day long 29th Annual Sports Meet of DAV Public School, Chandrasekharpur concluded today. The Principal of the school Dr. K. C. Satapathy inaugurated the meet at the renovated play ground and advised the students to maintain the glory of the game irrespective of the results. Total 86 events were held in two days. The Champion athletes in different categories are - Junior Boys - Pratyush Kumar Bhanja, Junior Girls - Palak Jha & Janhavi Biswal, Sub-Senior Boys - Abhinab Mohanty & Saibabh Kumar, Sub-Senior Girls - Debanshi Dash & Preety Rani Swain, Senior Boys - Kumar Ashutosh & Sahil Biswal, Senior Girsl - Sai Prajyan Padhi. 100 mt race & lemon race were conducted among the teaching & non-teaching staff of the school. The sports meet of Campus-II were conducted earlier. Coordinator of the school Ms. Indira Bhattacharya, Supervisors Ms. N. Gantayat & Mr. P. K. Patra felicitated the winning athletes with certificates & medals. The Physical Education Teachers D. P. DasMohapatra, Anand Chandra Das, V. Vasudev Rao & Madhumita Chhualsingh coordinated & conducted all the events.
