Scouts and Guides Camporee concluded

The 3 day long Bhubaneswar district Bharat Scouts and Guides Camporee concluded at DAV Public School, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar premises on Sunday. Sri S k Priyadarshi, Commissioner of Police, joined as the Chief Guest and appealed to the participants to dedicate themselves for the cause of others by following the lessons learnt from the Camporee. Retd Judge and Vice President of state Scouts and Guides Sri Manoranjan Mohanty and Principal DAV Public school, Chandrasekharpur Indira Bhattacharya joined as the guests of honour. The meeting was presided over by Biswanath Tarai, Khurda District Education Officer and district chief commissioner. Spectacular pageant show depicting Odisha culture and tradition was presented by the participants. Programmes like village fair, quiz show, folk dance and music, handicraft, food plaza, March past were organised during the Camporee. Meritorious students, teachers and officials were  honoured during the occasion. Cultural items were presented to enthral the large audience.
